Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed  within 2-5 business days after purchase. 

Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier. Most domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days

Shipping Carrier: Orders are shipped through USPS unless otherwise noted. 

Tracking: Tracking Information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Delays: Please note that shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur. 

Incorrect Addresses: Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. 

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages: We carefully pack and prepare each order to ensure it arrives safely. Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is in their care and control, and delivery times or handling issues may occasionally occur. 

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you toward a replacement or appropriate solution.

Missing or Lost Packages: If your tracking has not updated or your packages appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to us so we can assist. We will support your in opening an investigation with the carrier when needed. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local carrier office, as delivery discrepancies can occasionally happen. We are always here to help and will do our best to ensure a fair resolution
