At Full Moon Soap Boutique, each item is carefully prepared and packaged with care ✨

Due to the personal nature of bath and body products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items. 

Incorrect Orders: If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery with your order number, invoice, and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to make it right.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
